EQUIP TUFF  believes in providing good quality products and excellent customer service. We want our customer to have a worry free online shopping experience. You can be assured that you will be getting exactly what you ordered and will be delivered as promised.

We have a very fair return policy and will treat all customers as we ourselves want to be treated. We believe in establishing long term relationships with our customers, and believe that you will be a customer for life.

Our goal is for you to completely enjoy your shopping experience from the purchase to the delivery and use of our products.

We have the following standard Shipping Policy on all items except where mentioned in the product description area

  • Items are typically shipped out within 5 to 7 days and arrive a few days later.
  • We do provide International Shipping to certain areas. Send us a message to get quote for your country outside the US.
  • We do not ship to Military APO/FPO and PO Boxes.
  • Items may be shipped directly from our warehouse or our suppliers to get to you quickly.
  • Expedited Deliveries are available on most items for additional fees. For Expedited Deliveries and International Shipping, please contact us before you place your order.

Our Policy is 30 Days Return from when the item arrives at the destination.

If you want to return the item due to product issue or order problem, you will need to contact our customer service department and get an RA (Return Authorization). We will coordinate the return with the supplier/shipper and forward you the return authorization and shipping labels.

Items being returned must be in original packaging that they were shipped in and in the condition it arrived in. If product arrives damaged, please send photo of damage to verify. If item is being returned due to changed mind or buyers remorse, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. After 14 days, refunds will not be given, exchanges or store credit will be given instead. We will credit your account after we have received the item back and evaluated its condition.
